The aim of the project is to improve the professionalism of teachers and the quality of the school system, and its goal is to increase: -The use of innovative, creative teaching methods and ICTs, to increase students' key skills; - The level of the knowledge of the English language, for the modernization of foreign language teaching to stimulates transnational mobility, intercultural dialogue and global citizenship; -The use, in teaching, of the innovative laboratories. The project involves Both teachers and managerial and administrative staff. It lasts two years, from October 2020 to September 2022 and provides both structured courses and job shadowing.
