Peaceful and Collaborative Classes

The project is motivated by the awareness that teaching Nonviolent Communication (NVC) skills in classrooms, school communities and across cultures can greatly support a positive solution to challenges. Our aim is to provide positive social change from a top-down culture of authority and competition to an equal and inclusive culture; that all individuals will be accepted as they are and valued for the abilities they bring. Those who directly or indirectly participate in the project will learn skills that will support their emergence into the world as active citizens in local schools, communities and (future) workplaces, disseminating the values of non-judgment and inclusion of all voices. have the skills to express themselves openly and honestly, to listen empathically to others and to resolve conflicts peacefully.
