Teacher evaluation

  • Point of view by Monika Schwarze, German teacher:

For me it was an extraordinary project because it has taken place nearly 100% in distance teaching. So so there were some problems to overcome comcerning different devices and and versions of GeoGebra. in school it would have been much easier.

But I managed these difficulties so that all students felt well working with the program. For me it was good to be in contact with Antonela concerning the planning, the ongoing of the project and seeing that some unexpected difficulties were the same.

I am happy that our cooperation worked so well. We realised most of the planned projects, we were open to students ideas. And we are sometimes overwhelmed that students had so nice ideas, a lot of creativity and followed our suggestions. The results were much better than expected. It was good to help students when working with teams. Students could share their screen and we could overtake the workm in geogebra to show how to solve an individual problem.

The project "Animation" was the interesting one for the students. For us clear, as changing is the basic of smarthphone games. It was a challenge for them to create animation on their own!

Thank you Antonela for collaborating with me!

Point of view by Antonela Matajic, Croatian teacher:

In these very challenging times for education, we have encountered many difficulties. With excellent cooperation with our students and a colleague from Germany, we quickly and decisively overcame them.

This generation of my students participated in the eTwinning project for the first time. They were thrilled and worked great together. We made the first steps in GeoGebra and successfully implemented them in teaching in math classes.

We have successfully realized most of the agreed topics. Every work shows the creativity and effort of students.

The collaboration was very successful. Thank you to all participants in this project for their contribution, effort and will.

Special thanks to my colleague Monica for her support and cooperation.
