Teachers today face increasing and changing social demands that require a constant updating of their professional skills, not only through traditional training channels but also through alternative paths and experiences that allow for a broader idea of education. Our project reflects the needs of our schools in order to attain the objectives and goals. To improve and gain skills on CLIL methodology, ICT competences, new teaching methodology and to improve our life skills. Teachers from four schools and high schools of Cuenca (Spain) are involved in the mobility project: Connecting borders, the school in the 21st Century. This eTwinning project aims to share with other schools our experiences before, after and during mobilities.
