It's a two-year project. Our main aim is to improve writing skills. The project consists of five writing tasks which children in all four partner schools will be involved in. Examples of these are writing about, and comparing a typical day in their school, and writing a guidebook of their local area. Alongside these tasks, project meetings will take place where staff from each of the schools will share good practice in the teaching of writing. The project will culminate in a collection of work produced by children alongside a detailed analysis of the outcomes of the project.
