Throughout the history, the power of women has been overlooked in some ways. As the educators/mentors we should remember that we can achieve everything that we want and guide our future generations. Like the founder of Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, once said ''Without educated women in civil life, there will be no future.'' Searching powerful women characters in history and learning their lives help students learn about social equality and raise awareness. Working with different students from different backgrounds and cultures definitely make each young people to be active in their learning process.
