Mind Full or Mindful?

In our daily life, we act with autopilot. We are not very aware of our thoughts, our bodies, or what goes on around us. For the most part, our lives are governed by habits. We wake up, we get dressed, we have breakfast, we do housework, we work… etc. Everyday work, the mind is free to think of other things and jumps from place to place. Let's use the pandemic period together to raise awareness about our environment and life. Ourselves and those around us need this. #mindfulness, #emotional awareness
