We decided that each country will have its own mascot (foodie) which will come with the teachers to the meetings and will take part in everything we do, so that it can later narrate to the children where it went and what it saw on its trips. It worked perfectly for our transnational meeting in France. The mascots have some significance for each country, e.g. the cock is a symbol of France, the grandmother who cooks all the traditional cretan dishes is dressed in traditional cretan costume, e.t.c.
