Month of November:
In pairs or groups of three, students will work in different topics related to Christmas to create a big Christmas card
Topics to work:
- How Christmas is celebrated in the country , especially in our city, town or village
- When do you start and finish Christmas Holidays?
- What are the most relevant days?
- How do you celebrate Christmas’ Eve?
-How do you celebrate Christmas’ Day?
-How do you celebrate New Year’s Eve?
-Is there any other relevant day to comment?
2. Christmas meals
- Is there any typical Christmas meal in your country? Which ones? What is or are your favourite one(s)? Could you write down the recipe of one of them?
3.Typical music
- Is there any typical Christmas songs in your country? Could you name some of them?
4. Ornaments and decoration we use:
Do people decorate their houses? What are they like?
Are the streets of your town or city decorated? What are they like?
This Christmas card can me done using Prezi or powerpoint.
SCHEDULE:
Final powerpoint or prezi has to be posted in : Materials>Files> File " Christmas cards"
Last day to post the project is : 4th December
* Prezi : in case you do the activity using Prezi , you have to post the document and the URL.
During this process we can take photos and videos and upload them in twinspace>materials>files> in the file : videos
