  • PROJECT ACTIVITIES LIST:

    SEPTEMBER 2020

    - The coordinators of both schools will meet virtually to have the first contact online,  revise and organise the project.

    - Making a KPSI with our students at the beginning of the project to know the previous knowledge of the students in the 3 subjects of art, technology and English.

    Explanation of the Erasmus project and its importance to the students and families in the tutory and parents assembly. Inform and locate the country of our partnership. There will be a power point presentation for the families in their language and a different one for the students with the activites to be done in the involved subjects.

    OCTOBER 2020

    - Catalan students write an email including personal descriptions to send to their new friends in Olomuc; as the Czech students are confined in their homes, the teacher will match, trying to fit their personality and interests, and they will write back.

    Video recording of their personal presentations to be uploaded in the etwinning TwinSpace and in the common Project web.

    - The school of Olomuc -as a mechanical and technical school- will be the responsible of the common web creation and to upload all the materials, spread news, inform,.... It will have a link to both schools' websites.  They have also created the common logo to use in all the official forms, displays,...

    - Publication of the first article on the school web to inform the community of the Erasmus+ grant awarded, with the title "Participation in a European Project".

    - - Erasmus Corner creation, made by a small group of students with less opportunities since they arrived to Spain only a few months ago and do not know the language. They are learning Catalan and participate in parts of the project.

    NOVEMBER 2020

    - Creating cooperative groups for some activities, with the roles of team: coordinator, speaker, secretary and language monitor. Teacher devote more time to the ones who need more attention, although they are the protagonists and will help each other. The groups will be changing depending on how they work and feel.

    DECEMBER 2020

    - Sharing with each community the activities that we have done during the term through the local networks. Article written in the local media, information on the Project Web and school webs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

    - Christmas in Europe: making and sending Christmas cards to the school in Olomuc by ordinary mail with some decorated pictures or photos of the most important monuments and buildings from the town, county and region. Activity integrated in
    art to value our cultural heritage to be developed later when making their architectural models.

    JANUARY 2020

    - Students in Olomuc send their emails back to be read by the Catalan students and also the Christmas cards by email since they are confined and study from home.

    Christmas cards exhibition: Each country will display them in the Erasmus Corner for all the community to see the monuments/important buildings of the partnership town, region and country; it will give a value to their cultural heritage. The participant students in both schools will explain the Erasmus project to the other classes
    of the school when visiting the exhibition.

    FEBRUARY 2021

    - Coordinators from both school have had several online meetings through the eTwinning platform to check how it works in order to organise the videoconference with all the participants. Some pracitce is needed, especially with the Czech students that will have to connect individually from their homes. For this reason, the coordinators decide to postpone the teachers' meeting and the videoconference for the following month. 

    MARCH 2021

    - Online meeting in the eTwinning TwinSpace: Catalan class versus Czech class. Some students will tell their expectations of the project, always respecting their different levels of language.

    - International groups creation: Work collaboratively to prepare and write an interview for a local historian about the local and regional historical buildings.

    - Learning the historical context of the project to value our cultural heritage: Reading different historical resources and creating a digital timeline with the specific event of each period. Sharing the information through a multimedia oral presentation (ICT), that will be uploaded on the eTwinning TwinSpace and Project web.

    - Dissemination: Sharing wih each community the activities that we have done during the term through: Media, Project Web and school websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

    APRIL 2021

    - The Catalan and Czech local historian will answer the questions which will be shared and a comparative table will be filled in. Students will become aware of the other town and region's heritage.  The product will be a digital book with the information about the most important buildings and the history of both towns.

    - Acquiring new vocabulary to develop the project: Answering several scaffolding activities on architectural and technological vocabulary: structures, characteristics, materials, techniques and types of buildings. 

    Assessment rubrics to be filled by the driving teams from both schools (middle project) about the all the events, activites, methodologies and subjects results.

    MAY 2021

    Models construction of some local / county / region monuments/important buildings. Prepare an explanation of its characteristics.

    JUNE 2021

    Photography contest: taking pictures of their country showing the main monuments and buildings to value their cultural heritage. The poll will be opened to all the community.

    - Models exhibition in the gym together with the presentation of the project webs. Open to the parents activity.

    - Dissemination: Sharing with our community the activities that we have done during the term through the local networks: local media, Project Web, schools websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

    JULY 2021

    - Contacting Catalan (close) mechanical enterprises by the Council Town. The Czech school will visit them in order to plan possible future internships for their students.

    SEPTEMBER 2021 

    - Photocontest: Catalan and Czech students vote each other's photos and upload a diagram with the results.

    OCTOBER 2021

    - Practising with the new knowledge: Creation of different leaflets by the Catalan students with information of the places that the foreign students will visit when they travel. Work in cooperative groups to integrate the students with lower opportunities to be given. 

    NOVEMBER 2021

    - New matchings of the new Czech students who have written their personal descriptions and their Catalan friends have choosen them dependeing on their interests and hobbies.

    Video presentations of the Czech Republic to be seen during the visit. The video vision and explanation will be for all the students in the school of Santa Coloma de Queralt.

    DECEMBER 2021

    MOBILITY 1:  From 9th to 17th

    JANURAY 2022

    - Assessment activity through google forms: assess the exchange with satisfaction questionnaires to the Catalan students, their families and hosts (Czech teachers and students), by creating diagram bars with the activites and events of the exchange trip.

    - Dissemination activities of the stay in Spain: - Writing a report on the exchange trip for the local - Uploading the trip diaries with photos and videos on the eTwinning TwinSpace and on the Project Web. Erasmus corner display.

    FEBRUARY 2022

    Presentation of Spain/Catalonia: Ins Joan segura i Valls students will prepare the presentation to be seen during their visit to the Czech Republic in March/April. Its vision will be for all the students in Olomuc high school. The Catalan students will be distributed in different classes of the Czech school to explain the power point presentation about their country.

    Preparation of the second mobility to the Czech Republic: journey, insurance, covid certificate, police permissions, family and students meetings,...

    APRIL 2002

    MOBILITY 2: From 31st Mach to 8th April

    Country of venue: Olomouc, Czech Republic

    - Dissemination activities of the stay in the Czech Republic: - Writing a report on the exchange trip for the local and regional magazines - Uploading the trip diaries with photos and videos on the eTwinning TwinSpace and on the Project Web. Erasmus corner display. Good practices spreading of the Project through the Educational Resource Centre to push other school participate in Erasmus + or other Educational European Union programs.

    - Assessment activity through Google Forms and uploading the results on eTwinning TwinSpace platform: assess the exchange with satisfaction questionnaires to the Czech / Catalan students and to the hosting families, by creating diagram bars with the activites and events of the exchange trip.

    - Evaluation activity: making a KPSI with our students by the end of the project to know about the evolution and improvement of knowledge of the students.

    - Sharing with our community the activities that we have done during the term (end of project) through the local networks: local media, Project Web, schools websites, Facebook, Instagram.

    - Final assessment rubrics about the all the events, activites, methodologies, new implementations and subjects results at the end of the project.

    - Measure the impact of the project through the internal academic results of the students in English language, history and technology in June 2022. The Basic competences results will be analysed in May 2022 (when they are sent to school).

    -The results of the Project and the final report will be presented to the teaching staff in the final school meeting on 29th June 22; inform and ensure that successfull indicators will help the school to include the changes in the School Educational Project for futures academic years.

    - Results uploading on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, with a link on the school webs.

    Evaluate the success of the Project especially through the objectives achievement; we will make sure that it reflects what has happened during the 20 months of the Project with examples of every part of the summary.
