We will try to use an innovative and student-centred pedagogical education model - Flipped Learning - during the implementation period of the project. I hope we will increase the quality of teaching and learning in our schools via this project. Beside this, I believe that this project not only will improve our students' success but also will provide great experience for them. In a Flipped Learning setting, teachers make lessons available to students to be accessed whenever and wherever it is convenient for the student at home, during study hall, or even on the bus. Teachers can deliver this instruction by recording and narrating screencasts of work they do on their computers, creating videos of themselves teaching. Students can watch the videos or screencasts as many times as they need to, enabling them to be more productive learners in the classroom.
