FOOD FOR THOUGHT 2015-2017

This project is an Erasmus partnership, also, and it is designed to investigate the ethical process of European food production and consumption with regard to improving young people’s awareness of where food comes from, how it is consumed and most importantly, how it is wasted. Food and its consumption are increasingly taken for granted, especially in a fast developing western world. This project actively engages students to trace the processes used in what is becoming a growing industrial food-chain of which the general public are unaware of or are apathetic towards.
