Human Rights are the fundament of our democratic societies. We often take them for granted but in these contemporary times we see that a lot of our human rights are under pressure and, even worse, many people are still deprived of their human rights. This project aims at empowering pupils to develop skills and attitudes that promote equality, dignity and respect in school, community, society and even worldwide. Human rights, stereotyping, discrimination, media and how to act/react are some of the building blocks of this project. Pupils are challenged to question and think critically about these subjects. They will learn about the Sustainable Development Goals as well. Pupils work collaboratively in international teams to fulfil assignments. They discuss their experiences, ideas, and emotions with their teammates. They participate in forums, exchange views and share the outcome of their assignments in joined online meetings.
