21ST century skills are the ineluctable skills for our students to keep pace with the requirements of the current world which confronts with a cultural identity crisis as people move because of unemployment, religion, wars, discrimination, and people need to learn to discover one another’s cultural identity in a tone of mutual respect and acceptance. In this sense, the learning skills consisting of communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking are prerequisite for teenagers worldwide. Only together can we provide richer and authentic opportunities for the target group (14-18 years old students) to enhance their learning skills within the scope of 21ST century skills by exchanging good practices and reflecting on problems through different perspectives, values, beliefs and attitudes. As a result, the motivation for this project came from the partner schools’ identified needs to provide the target group with the opportunity to acquire and develop the key competences.
