INITIAL FORMS 

These are the forms to assess how much students, families and teachers know about birds and environment at the beginning of the project. The same assessment form will be completed at the end of the project to demonstrate their increased knowledge.

You all have access to the English version of the questionnaire. Each school should translate it into their own language if necessary. Each school will need to make 3 copies of their questionnaire (one for the students to complete, one for the families to complete and one for the teachers to complete). Although the questionnaire is the same we need to be able to classify the results for the three groups.
