Our project "4Steps4Health" aims to educate students about health. Lack of exercise, unhealthy eating habits and increased stress levels are a global problem, especially among children and adolescents. Promoting health through sufficient exercise, a balanced diet and stress reduction are central themes in today's world and are once again receiving increasing attention in schools. Keeping healthy is a lifelong process and in order to achieve a comprehensive physical, mental and social well-being it is necessary to be aware of one's needs and living conditions and to be able to cope with or even change them. In this sense, health is to be understood as an essential part of everyday life and not as a primary goal of life. Health stands for a positive concept that emphasizes the importance of social and individual resources for health in the same way as physical abilities.
