European Food and Culture Safari

We wish our pupils a good journey on this Safari of Food and Culture. Food is a primary aspect of daily life, in its preparation and consumption function as markers of cultural heritage. Food has a variety of side effects, health, science, economics, .... During the project the students are going to define the most typical dishes, exchange recipes and gather the necessary vocabulary and phrases connected with the topic. We are excited by the possibilities of linking students and their interest in food. At the end of the project we want our students to have a big backpack of new insights on culture and food.
