Let's make Greek Feta Cheese!!!
Feta cheese is a traditional Greek cheese that is made in Karpenissi and the region of Evrytania for many many years. It is made with sheep or goat milk and it is left to rest for about 3 months until is ready to be eaten. It is salty and very tasty!
We visited a traditional factory that makes it and we saw the whole process step by step.
Kind of smelly to tell you the truth, but it was worth it!!!
