  • The General Serpa Pinto School Group, in Cinfães, has students from 3 years to 15 years, with a total of almost 900 students (www.aecinfaes.pt). 

    Cinfães is a small village of Viseu district with about 3500 inhabitants. The county has about 22000 inhabitants spread over more than 100 villages. The village is located between the Montemuro Mountains in the north and the Douro River in the south.

    The landscape is dominated by very irregular relief, with many elevations, valleys and rivers, dominating the green vegetation. Agriculture and animal husbandry are important economic activities through the rurality of the region.
