POLAND: Suwalki

THE CZECH REPUBLIC: Plzen

Find out the way we are in Poland. We prepared many different activities. We respect our traditions,  we learn about our former art and crafts (Cultural Box), we take care of these who need our help and attention (Chrismas charity).

 

Before Christmas we organised  Charity Bazar. Each class baked some cakes, biscuits. Later we organised out charity market during a long  break. Students prepared fancy stalls where they presented their stuff. We called our campaign CHARITY BEGINS AT SCHOOL. Students chose the Rehabilitative Centre for the Disabled Children in Bród Nowy as the one which dramatically needs our support. After the trade we counted the money. We managed to gain 516,68 PLN ( 120 euros). Next we bought some presents for the children, luckily met Santa Claus and asked Him to join us. We went to the centre and organised a surprise Christmas party for the children.  We sang carols together. It was a great time for all of us. You might have seen the photo report above.
