We find that Nordic nations are having trouble integrating immigrants and refugees to become productive participating citizens. Newcomers to these nations are feeling lonely and isolated, what do they have to do to feel part of something? We need to develop our empathy and the form we deal with others. We need to create more platforms where we can meet online but also in person. Create opportunities to help students collaborate and talk to each other with students from other nationalities that are in the same situation as them.
