TASKS SEPTEMBER 2020

    1. Revision of the Local Development Curriculum for the 11th grade of highschool, technical profile, qualification of car transport technician by adding a chapter about environmental protection, respectively an optional discipline for partners .Results: an optional discipline about environmental protection Indicators: understanding citizens rights and obligations regarding environmental protection, pollution factors of human activity, polluting industrial activities.
    2. Selection of pupils participating in LTT . Results: forming a responsible pupils behavior Indicators: 30 pupils selected from each partner high school.
    3. Selection of teachers participating in LTT Results: Ensuring the quality of project management and increasing the teachers' input for Erasmus + projects Indicators: 6 teachers selected to participate in LTT from each partener school.
    4. Preparation of the communication plan between the partners and other relevant factors for the development of the project in optimal parameters. The communication and cooperation at the level of the strategic partnership will be carried out on three coordinates: before the actual start of the project, during its implementation, but also after the completion of the project, in order to ensure its sustainability. As for the forms of communication, within the COOFE_E project, communication will be realized both directly through the four teaching -learningtraining activities, and indirectly using various communication channels such as: mail, twinspace, project site, phone, Skype, facebook, google.docs, whatsapp group, messenger.     5. The budget planning activity will consist of mobilizing financial resources.  Because the project is a partnership between schools, each of the five partner schools will have their own budget to implement the joint work plan and to organize short-term exchange of experiences with students and teachers in the target group. This will ensure control over the budget, and each school will be responsible for its spending, according to the rules imposed by national agencies for European projects and programs, with which financial contracts will be concluded. In order to establish the budget, working procedures and responsibilities of the accountant in each partner school will be established. A coherent tracking system will be established, respecting the principle of triangulation. Results: Carrying out the project in good conditions and within the limits of the budget Indicators: 1 budget planning.
    6. Implementing the detailed project implementation plan, together with all project partners. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, the implementation plan respects the principle of equity and equality, in terms of division of labor. The revision of the operative plan, will be done especially in the LTT activities, but also through Skype. It is the responsibility of the project coordinator to communicate, at least twice a month, with each partner to specify and explain the tasks of the respective month, and to monitor and evaluate how they are achieved, also by collecting the supporting material. In this way, the partners will know what to do from the month to the month and ensure the feedback of the project in a timely manner. Results: Improving project quality.
