The idea of the project is to involve people into voluntary service and research projects to develop Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS framework). We believe that with the project we will tackle early school leaving and disadvantage and reinforce the development of key competences. By using innovative methodologies based on the latest discoveries in neuroscience: Project Based Learning and Cooperative Learning, our project students will develop the essential skills such as proactivity, managing self, managing relationships with others and managing own learning. It is these skills that will enable them to enter work and adult life as confident and capable individuals.
