The school plays a decisive role in teaching measures to minimize climate change. The students learn about recycling, but the different types of garbage, specialy the plastic, were not separated at school until 2019. The role of school is significant in gaining waste management behaviours especially when approaching some school subjects, with teachers' perspectives and school curriculum. There is a need of raising the students' education and awareness level of plastic waste and efficient use of it. This two- year project ( at first starting with eTwinning and may turn into Erasmus+ later) will focus on plastics studies, the path they take on land and in the ocean, their interaction and impact on organisms and ecosystems.
