Day theme: The young goat that had three goats

Preschoolers heard the story  “The young goat that had three goats” being read to them by the teacher, then they told by themselves the text of the story, using the images which the teacher had prepared and showed them. Some of the children wished to tell the main facts of the story and they learnt the characters of the story too.

After listening to the story, preschoolers could choose another activity related to the theme of the day. They went and worked on three centers of activity, equally to the number of goats from the story.

“Diligent little goat”: children had to colour the image of the little goat, using their favourite colours.

“Happy little goat”: children had to write tracing dots on the little goat.

“Joyful little goat”: children had to solve a puzzle.

At the end of the day, all preschoolers were delighted with the activities they worked on and they jumped pretending to be little happy goats.

It is never too early or too late to listen to a story. The kid's child has learned to be responsible and take care of himself. Let's follow his example and be responsible children.

We brought the story back to our group. We played with the puppets, we dressed up as the characters in the story and we had a dialogue between them. We invite you to play with us!

Dramatizing the story

The children listened to the story-The goat that had three goats. Then they wore peasant clothes and chose the role of each. They played the rols of the story, they were small actors in front of their colleagues.
