Online meeting between the project coordinator and their partners to discuss the project application and arrange the action plan for the project. During this event European project coordinator designed a model plan for effective communication, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination, implementation. Project teams are appointed according to the selection criteria.
THE SELECTION CRITERIA
For the mobility (lasting 5 days) the most deserving students will be chosen (5 students for each partner country). The selection criteria, explicitly stated in the project and which will be post on the website of each partner school, will allow a merit ranking to be formulated and will be based on:
Age: exclusively pupils of lower secondary school;
English language skills, based on the school marks reported in previous school years (mark 9 or similar according to the partner school’s assessment system);
Good school mark average in all other school subjects (mark 9 or similar according to the partner school’s assessment system);
Assessment of behavior: no students with behavioral penalties will be admitted
Disadvantaged students will be considered provided that the above selection criteria are fulfilled (social, cultural, economic disadvantage)
Parents’ willingness to let their pupils take part to the physical mobility
Parents’ willingness to host pupils from partners.
