31st May: Arrival of the delegations.
Teachers: accommodation at the Hotel “Conde Aznar”
British students: accommodation at the Hotel “Conde Aznar”
French students: host families will be waiting for them at the hotel.

Monday 1st June:
Morning:
French students will be at the school with their hosts at 8:30.
British team will be driven to the school at 9:00, they’ll settle in the boarding school and they’ll attend lessons starting at 10:40
Activities in the school:
8:30-10:15 Welcome and French lesson
10:15-10:40 Break
10:40-12:30 The group will split into two: Spanish lesson for one half of the group and craft lesson given by Mrs. Carol Bell, for the other half.
12:45-14:30 Sports and dance lesson for students
14:30 Lunch
Afternoon:
Arrival of the rest of the delegations.
Teachers: accommodation at the Hotel “Conde Aznar”
Students: host families will be waiting for them at the hotel.
Welcome dinner for teachers at 20:30.
