Don´t forget you communicate with a person, not with a computer.

Don´t write words that you wouldn´t tell him/her face to face.

Don´t use vulgarities.

Make yourself sure who you are communicating with.

Be tolerant to other people´s equipment (don´t send long emails).

You should write clearly.

Help to discuss other people´s problems and suggest your solution if you have any.

Respect privary of others if you reacive a message which is not for you, delete it.

Don´t abuse your power and knowledge.

Don´t send spam and addvertisment.

Don´t spread hoax.

Don´t share photos of other people if they don´t know about i or they don´t agree with it.

Be forgiving of other people's mistakes.

Stay with the topic.
