Traveling through flavours

The main goal in this project is to connect people through flavours by promoting cross-border exchange of eating habits and ways of cooking and by trying and creating new tastes. In a first stage, participants will discover the preferred foods of their partners and learn how they are cooked and they will create a multilingual dictionary (audio) with original photos of the foods and audio file of pronounciation of the words in the different languages. In a second stage, students will collaboratively research national/local recipes, create video/ slideshow of the recipe and share them with their partners to co-create a multilingual and multicultural recipe e-book. By communicating and collaborating with their partners, teachers and pupils will develop foreign language skills and digital competences as well as an understanding cultural diversity.
