How are you going to assess if the project's objectives have been met?

  • Evaluation it is considered a vital part of the project and appear at all key-moments (at the start, ongoing, intermediate report, meetings with partners, final report). Continuous evaluation helps to identify weak points in time, so when the same problem occurs, it is easier to deal with it. It is important to start with evaluation from the very beginning of the project and to include into evaluation all project partners. 1. The project starts and ends with a common initial / final evaluation session, using surveys, questionnaires, brain storming, fishbone method, observations, group discussions and reports. Each partner will identify appropriate methods of evaluation and assessment. For example we will prepare a few questions related to objectives of the activities before and then use the same questions at the end of the activities so we can see the difference and evaluate them in correct way. Using the forum (also in web page) board, all participants have the opportunity to make suggestions about the project, which must be seen as an open process, with possibilities of being improved. The short time evaluation will be done in the end of each project's activities. We will observe the effects produced by acquisition of the new knowledge on the development of the new social, linguistic and artistic competences on the improvements of our pupils' information and communication skills.
