Learning math through pi as a universal language

twinspace-logo

Project activities use maths concepts usually taught in regular math classes in French, German ans Spanish national curricula to strengthen students’ understanding and motivation. This project should become for the students, aged 15 to 19, an effective way and hopefully entertaining way to gain a successful understanding of their regular math classes by opening up classroom’s wall across frontiers. The work language is English. However partners’ native languages French, German and Spanish are also taught for some of them as a second foreign language. Math subjects are chosen as to widen the scope of math to cultural insights.
