The concept of cultural diversity refers to a dynamic process of exchange, dialogue, negotiation between groups, as well as the identification of a common language and a common space, and emphasizes the interaction between the groups perceived as distinct in society. Accepting the diversity of cultures leads to the acceptance of the idea of coexistence of several cultures, to adopting, as a policy of managing diversity, multiculturalism. The consciousness of holding a particular culture implies, at least indirectly, the reference to another culture to which the individual is delimited.
