Young cooks

Every year since 2008 UNESCO has published a list of customs, forms of presentation and expression, knowledge and skills around the world which make up the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This selection includes culinary recipes. But not the dish on its own, no matter how tasty it is, but the tradition and art of cooking which characterize a nation or geographical area, which UNESCO considers that they have to be dignified preserved for future generations. The project is short-term. It provides a unique opportunity to get acquainted with different national cuisines. Participants will get acquainted with culinary recipes from different parts of the world and will have the opportunity to cook some of the proposed traditional dishes from the partners. They will share impressions as in the preparation of the food as well as its taste after tasting.
