The first exchange was Romania in March 2019, though it was originally planned for January 19. The participants who took part in this first mobility were the ones who had also been involved in the activities "Eatable calendar" and "As Good as Fresh". During the mobility, students presented and exchanged information about this activities and organized an exhibition in the school hall. They also presented the products on an open to public fair. Posters and presentations were prepared and finally, students analyzed the work done by all partners, gather suggestions and proposals for improvement and exchanged what they had learnt from the experience.
