I live in Barcelona with my family in the Trinitat vella neighborhood.
One of my favorite books is La Trampa de foc (Fire trap), about some sisters who are quite poor and move to another city and find a job as seamstresses. The owner of their factory was very macho and always locked the door so they could not leave for 10 hours.
 This story ends when the owner throws a cigar inside his office and that causes a fire.

Plot:
