The aim of this activity was to help our students realise how much of our common cultural heritage among our six countries is due to the population exchanges and migration of our ancestors. Before the meeting, each partner school searched their national history for records of migration to and from each of the partners’ countries and prepared the following presentations.

On the first day of the meeting we visited the local Museum of Migration focusing on the Civilisation of Greek people in Asia Minor who later returned to Greece as refugees. We all gained a deeper insight into the cultural affiliation between Greece and Turkey and its historical background.
