What was involved
This activity aimed at increasing our students’ awareness of the significance of Sustainable Energy, it’s sources and their exploitation in their countries. Each partner school investigated the extent to which each source of renewable energy is harnessed in their country and created a presentation on the current situation at national level. The ultimate goal of this activity was to encourage our students to develop both a activist and an enterpreneurial attitude towards Renewable Energy.
The Spanish team's presentation on Renewable Energy in general and its applications in Spain per source and form is available here: https://prezi.com/p/9tcai24-81eg/renewable-energy/
The Turkish team's presentations of the theoretical background of Renewable Energy and its sources, forms and applications in the world as well as inTurkey are here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=10665PhKM0BNwncqQGX_BIluaCIwo5R5b
In addition, the Turkish team interviewed a representative of a private company active in applications of RES in Turkey to promote our understanding of the entrepreneurial potential of Renewable Energy. The interview was filmed and is available here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1xQvjbN-jrS-8zx9MrOAzPrJlCojeCX5r
Likewise, the Italian team interviewed a well-known Italian entrepreneur who has recently been investing in RES about his rationale. You can watch the video here to be convinced of the high entrepreneurial potential of RES:
