  • Our dissemination event "SPORTIVITY" regional fair for visitors and pupils of other school

    Under the Erasmus + Teaching Maths Through Games Project Using Multiple Intelligences, a school-wide maths championship was held. The winning students participated in the 15th Mathematical Games held in the city of Maia, Porto. In these games more than 1800 students from all over the country participated, 370 schools, hundreds of teachers, civil servants, parents and representatives of civil society where students used mathematics to develop reasoning and find the best strategies for solving a problem. We took the opportunity to publicize our project.

    It was during the festive season of Christmas and at the Christmas dinner of all the staff of the Group that we once again presented the goals of the Teaching Maths Through Games Using Multiple Intelligences project. Teachers and operational assistants got to know our project better.

    On November 10, 2018, the Short Term Action (ACD) was held "Curricular Guidelines for ICT in the 1st Cycle". This was an initiative of the Directorate-General for Education (DGE) and its 10 ICT Competence Centers (CCIC), within the framework of the Teacher Training Program.

    The purpose of this event was: (1) to present the Curricular Guidelines for ICT in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and the educational policies for this level of education; (2) share the experience of teachers who use ICT in the field according to their specific contexts; (3) discuss with experts the use of ICT in teaching and learning processes.

    The Action had a national character, occurring simultaneously in ten Portuguese cities.

    Professor José Soares shared his experience in the panel of 12.15 h - Reference Practices-  and had the opportunity to present the Earsmus + project TMTGuMI to more then 100 teachers.

    At the end of October, the Newsletter of the Erasmus projects was sent to the teachers, parents and students of our School. In it our project deserved a highlight.

    In the month of October our project was disseminated in our regional Newspaper! One more time we present the goals of this project to our community.

    Presenting our project in Colloquiums, workshops and conferences has been one of our objectives over the course of several months. We have passed the word to hundreds of teachers in several cities!

    No dia 13 de outubro estivemos presentes no evento ERASMUSDAY@SCHOOLS na Escola Superior de Educação de Leiria, Neste evento tivemos a oportunidade de apresentar o nosso projeto para mais de 150 professores de diferentes níveis de ensino: Pré-escolar, primária, secundário e ensino superior. Foi uma jornada de muita partilha e de muita aprendizagem!

    On October 13th we attended the ERASMUSDAY @ SCHOOLS event at the Leiria Higher Education School. At this event we had the opportunity to present our project to more than 150 teachers of different levels of education: preschool, primary, secondary and teaching higher. It was a journey of sharing and learning!
