Sharing cultures through food

In this project students will look at their local cuisine from different perspectives: - cuisine as a style of cooking based upon cooking traditions, techniques and local ingredients, - cuisine as a part of tradition and cultural heritage, - cuisine as a tourist attraction and a tourist product. The project will help the students understand the relations between their identity, tradition, tourism and their active role in protection of the cultural and natural heritage of their region. An important dimension of the project is learning together and sharing traditions, values and heritage between peers from different countries.
