What activities the teachers had to do prior to starting

We used the forum to present our suggestions.
We also used it as a place for the students to communicate and discuss their ideas and problems regarding the different magazine issues (issue 1).
We also carried out a tricider survey to agree on some ideas about the procedure.
Last but not least, we assigned different roles in the magazine to different students according to their preferences and skills.
