The management and the project implementation include the following activities:

A1. Planning, coordination and communication between partners, managing financial operations.
A2. Selection of the students who will be part of the target group.
A3. Monitoring.
A4. Creating the project webpage, creating the working groups/pages (on Facebook, Yahoo) and constantly updating information.
A5. Organising and doing practical activities (cooking, making decorative objects, workshops).
A6. Writing the monthly magazine, creating the calendar page and the album.
A7. Dissemination of the project activities.
A8. Translating/checking the accuracy of the information written in English.
A9. Keeping the project accounting records.
