Eating is not just a primary need of man but also a right. Eating well and healthy also means no longer being passive consumers. This project aims to be a journey to rediscover the taste, the flavors of the past through the preparation of typical dishes of its territory, the knowledge of the stories and legends related to it, its characteristics and nutritional properties and at the same time wants to bring the students to the typical flavors of other lands and cultures.
