9:30 – 10:30 Discussions related to the project philosophy: the age of students , number of mobilities; the possibilities to link the project with the school curriculum; pupils and teachers' activities for the first project year, details about the scope of future activities and the chosen myths and legends. Project outputs and outcomes for the first year.

11:00 – 13.00 Workshop: Making the project evaluation plan on the partnership level: establishing common instruments regarding the evaluation process and creation of evaluation portfolios;
discussion on the questionnaires for evaluation, possible questions for interviews, form, frequency, responsibilities. Establishing Transnational Coordination Committee; Discussions about the SOW (Statement of Work), the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and the budget.

9:00 – 9.30 The day started with an official opening of the meeting at Sveti Paisiy Hilendarski Secondary School, Mikrevo village, Strumyani municipality, Bulgaria. The teams were met by a group of school teachers, the school headmistress and local authorities. An artistic performance by pupils of Sveti Paisiy Hilendarski Secondary School, Mikrevo was shown.
9.30 Afterwards, we all joined for the Welcoming Ceremony at the School’s teachers' room. Welcoming speeches were made by the school authorities: the headmistress Lilyana Velcova, the deputy Yuliya Yaneva and the project coordinator in Bulgaria Bozhidar and the representatives of Strumyani Municipality.
10:00 -10.30 – Self-introduction of the delegations and welcoming speeches made by : Anna Czarnowska,the head of Szkoła Podstawowa nr 27, Toruń, Poland and the project coordinator Dariusz Mazurowski, Ramune Badaukiene, the principal of Mažeikiu Ventos progimnazija, Mažeikiai, Lithuania and the coordinator Lina Cepauskiene,Valeria Alfia Pappalardo, the head of Istituto Comprensivo San Giovanni Bosco, Catania, Italy and the project coordinator Lucia Antonina Rigano,the project coordinator Nuno Rodrigues Martins Sousa and the teacher Ana Maria Ataide Malafaia Spinola from Agrupamento De Escolas Santos Simões, Guimarães, Portugal, the project coordinator Lucia Turancova and a teacher of English Zuzana Žigrajova from Základná škola Nad Medzou, Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia, and a project team from Sveti Paisiy Hilendarski Secondary School. The delegations were shown around the school, visiting different premises : classrooms, library and canteen.
11.30 - 12.30 The project coordinator Darius Mazurowski spoke on the genesis and rationale of the project, aims and objectives. Round table discussion conducted by Lucia AntoninaRigano was started. Each member equally participated in a discussion clearifying the aims, project responsibilities and outcomes for the first project year.
14:30 – 15.40 After lunch the first workshop was organized. Each participating country presented its country and city/town using Power Point presentations and filmed material.These presentations were held in the presence of other teachers and students.
15:40 - 17: 30 Workshop 2 included presentations on the schools, the educational systems and the school curriculum. Each country had prepared valuable presentations on their schools so the partners could get a closer view on the project partners' schools and education in 6 countries. After the presentations discussions about the eduction systems defining similarities and differences were held.The project team and a group of pupils from Mikrevo Sveti Paisiy Hilendarski Secondary School took part.
17:30 The day at school ended and the teams went to the hotel „Perun“ in Sandanski which is 15 kilometers from Mikrevo.

Day two: 2, November

At the school library at 9:00 the third workshop was organized.The presentation by the host school “My place in Europe” was perfomed by the pupil under the conduction of the teacher of English Petar Hristov.The presentation of the activities, which had been done up to the meeting were introduced.
From 9:30 – 10:30 the discussions related to the project philosophy the age of students , number of mobilities per country, the possibilities to link the project with the school curriculum, pupils and teachers' activities for the first project year conducted by Dariusz Mazurowski were overviewed. All the coordinators expressed their oponions on the topic .Later the details about the scope of future activities and the chosen myths and legends were introduced. The coordinators from six project countries tried to come to the agreement on the suitable ways and activities the pupils could be involved in. Finally,the group analysed the project outputs and outcomes for the first year.
After the coffee break the fourth workshop concerning project evaluation plan on the partnership level was introduced.The teams expressed their proposals establishing common instruments regarding the evaluation process and creation of evaluation portfolios. Later the workshop went on as the questionnaires for evaluation, possible questions for interviews and its form, frequency, responsibilities were discussed. Discussions about the SOW (Statement of Work), the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and the budget were talked about by the coordinators of the countries.
In the afternoon the teams visited the Art Center in Ilindentsi village and the museum in Strumyani on purpose to establish contacts with the museum for further project activities and closer collaboration concerning Bulgarian myths and legends.The participants had a chance to experience the unique Bulgarian village , to listen to folk music and taste national dishes.
After the visit the work at school went on and detailed activity plan for the first year of the project with deadlines and responsibilities was discussed . Means of dissemination at local and international levels were foreseen and detailing the final products: structure, form, contents was introduced by the project coordinator. The partners’ devided the tasks related to the final results and responsibilities.
The last but not least qustion was the establishment of the common project website. Everybody expressed their opinions on the content, possible design, responsibilities.
The day ended with the trip to the hotel Perun in Sandanski.

Day 3, the 3rd November

At 9:00 the workshop 4 started with the explanation of the European Mobility Tool and Erasmus + results platform.The coordinator of Mažeikiu Ventos progimnazija,Lithuania, who has had previous Erasmus + experience introduced the Erasmus Mobility tools and what is necessary to know due to the involvement in such projects due to the handbooks.
From 10:00 to 14.30 the criteria for organizing the LOGO competition were discussed. Due to mutual agreement, each school is supposed to promote a contest among students for the designing of a LOGO for the project. The best samples must be introduced during the next meeting for the project team to vote.The coordinators also talked about involvement of other stakeholders : what organizations could be involved and how often , reasons for the involvement. Everybody agreed that Municipalities, localmuseums, library workers as well as parents have tobe involved to different extent at certain times into the project activities.
After a short coffee break the fifth workshop started: plans for handling risks if any and involvement pupils with fewer opportunities were discussed. The list of possible sollutions was proposedby Lucia Antonina Rigano and everybody agreed on the proposed ideas.Then a frequency of meetings on line were talked about and the teams decided to meet online every Tuesday .To organize Skype meetings for pupils was also considered to be a great idea to help pupils toknow each other better. The workshop ended by detailed planning of the first mobility to Slovakia. Lucia Turancova from Základná škola Nad Medzou, Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia, propsed the dates of the first learning/teaching visit, spoke about the best way to reach Spišská Nová Ves, the number of mobilities for teachers and pupils and possible activities during the stay.
During the lunch an official evaluation of the meeting and an official closing of the first transnational meeting was held in a cafe, giving the certificates for the participation in the meeting.The headmistress Lilyana Velcova and the project team of the host school made speechess and gave presents to all the participants.
Later in the afternoon a sightseeing tour to historical sites: Sandanski archeology museum, Melnik and Rozhen was organized.The visitors could get in close touch with the Bulgarian history, mythology and culture.
Late dinner in the hotel let the participants to overview the achievements of the first meeting, discuss about shools and teachers' work on the whole.
