The participants of the project: "Creative Teacher in the European School" will be teachers employed at the ZSP School in Somonino. The project provides 12 mobility a "job-shadowing" type - two visits of 6 persons in 2 partner countries (Netherlands, Malta). The needs of the participants: the development of professional competence in the use of ICT in education process and also the development of communication skills in English. The needs of school: raising the effectiveness of education in preparing graduates for external examinations and for the labour market (training key skills) and implementation of the strategy of internationalization of the school.
