Summary: Getting to know cultural issues related to history of the home countries of the participating schools through ICT.
Subjects: Second languages (English / Spanish), History and Geography.
Tools to be used: Videoconference, Twinspace, other digital tools and software (Kahoot, Skype).
Targets:
• Practising and improving the Second Language (English / Spanish) through the four skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading) through fun and motivating activities.
• Getting to know the heritage sites and historical events both from the home and twins' countries, as well as historical events that associate both countries (United Kingdom / Spain).
• Building a positive rewarding open mind towards foreign students which will foster attitudes of valuation and respect for a different aspects related to history. Acquiring an intercultural competence integrated in the learning of the second language.
• Learning and improving the command of ICT through digital tools.

Resumen: Conocer aspectos culturales asociados a la historia de los países de origen de los colegios participantes a través de las TIC.
Materias: Lenguas extranjeras (Inglés / Español), Geografía e Historia.
Herramientas a utilizar: Videoconferencia, Twinspace, otras herramientas digitales y software (Kahoot, Skype).
Objetivos:
• Practicar y mejorar el segundo idioma (inglés / español) a través de las cuatro destrezas (speaking, listening, writing, reading) a través de actividades divertidas y motivadoras.
• Conocer el patrimonio y hechos históricos tanto del país de origen como del de los twins, así como puntos de encuentro históricos entre ambas naciones (Reino Unido / España).
• Crear una visión abierta, positiva y enriquecedora de las relaciones con estudiantes de otro país materializándose en actitudes de valoración y respeto hacia la historia. Adquirir una competencia intercultural integrada en el aprendizaje de la lengua extranjera.
• Aprender y mejorar en el manejo de las TIC a través de diversas herramientas digitales.
