Our project aims to show the cognitive benefits that can be acquired by even very young children when they are taught how to solve STEM problems with the help of Robotics. Several research support the educational benefits of LEGO, so that by using LEGO EV3 and other devices as a component of STEM instruction, the learning effect is multiplied. We use LEGO to fight the lack of confidence and anxiety of Maths (40%) based on the recent PISA studies, to tackle the big gender difference (15%) and the under achievement in schools, that all participating schools/countries in this programme are in need.
