Artėjant mokslo metų pabaigai, norisi pasidžiaugti nuveiktais darbais ir rezultatais. Asmeniškai man šie metai buvo kupini naujų patirčių ir naujų pažinčių. Džiugu, kad S.Šimkaus konservatorijos vardą interneto pagalba galima platinti po visą Europą!
Erasmus+ programos ir eTwinning dėka mūsų konservatorija užmezgė draugiškus ryšius su Čekijos, Kroatijos, Ispanijos, Italijos, Prancūzijos mokyklomis. Kol kas tai eTwinning projektas, bet kas žino, galbūt draugystė tęsis ir ne tik virtualiam pasaulyje!
Dalyvaujant pianistų kursuose D.Britanijoje, susipažinau su kolegomis iš Italijos ir Kroatijos. Kadangi mus vienijo ta pati misija- ugdyti jaunąją kartą, nusprendėme pažintį pratęsti virtualiame eTwinning projekte. Prisijungėme prie tarptautinio projekto “Jaunieji europiečiai ir muzika” ( Young Europeans and Music) . Šiame projekte dalyvauja 10 Europos mokyklų, 11 mokytojų ir 140 mokinių, iš kurių- 8 šimkiukai! Kiekviena mokykla paruošė prisistatymo video, kūrėme ir balsavome už labiausiai patikusius projekto logotipus. Pristatėme savo šalį per muziką- Padlet lentoje kėlėme nacionalinius himnus, demonstravome autentiškus instrumentus. Mokiniai kėlė savo kūrybos dainas savo gimtąja kalba. Mūsų mokyklos mokiniams buvo įdomu bendrauti su bendraamžiais forumuose, stebėti jų kūrybinį darbą ir dalintis savuoju. Taip pat patobulino anglų kalbos įgūdžius.
Projektas baigsis birželio pradžioje ir bus pateiktas Nacionaliniams vertintojams.
Vienareikšmiškai, tai labai smagi, naudinga patirtis. Todėl jau dabar mintyse sukasi naujas projektas naujiems mokslo metams, bendraujame ir tiksliname detales su esamais ir naujais kontaktais.

About the project
Playing an instrument isn’t only good for your brain, it’s also great for expanding your social circle. Joining a musical group at any age encourages you to develop relationships with new kinds of people. It also builds skills in leadership and team-building, as well as showing you the rewards of working with others. Students will be encouraged not only to answer questions about the music in their life, but also they will show their ability to play any instrument.
AIMS
The sensitivity to art will be improved.
Communication skills through discussions will be empowered.
Improving digital literacy via using various web tools.
Improving language skills.
WORK PROCESS
The project will start in the beggining of June and will be developed during the academic year 2019/2020, one term from September to January. The idea is to share the experience in music.
Teachers will sign their students to twinspace, students will have assigned tasks to complete within a schedule. Students can chat on twinspace forums with other students.
June. Creating multi-national groups. Introduction. Video presentation, pictures. Deciding the project logo.
September. The instrument I play. My favorite composer. My favorite piece. Video.
October. My music lesson. Students discuss how they imagine their perfect music lesson. Video – „My student is my best teacher“.
Students and teachers will write their opinions on the forum.
November. Discussions: „What if there were no music in life?“, „Which songs have the impact in you or in your life?“, „What is the most influential song that has impacted your life the most?“
Students will put (through interview) the same questions to school colleagues, youth and adolescents from other schools, as well as young people who will be interviewed in spaces usually frequented by individuals of this age group, such as cafés, game rooms, shopping centers, etc. It will also be interesting to cross-check and compare responses from young people and adolescents from the school (s) who will be our partner.

January. Joint movie and mindmap.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Disseminations of the project works.
The final product would be joint movie from all material, both-pictures and video.
Students will know more music repertoire , learning methods , different culture and traditions. They will discuss about their experience and feelings.
