Students will have a Diary where they describe:
1. what they have for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner during a week. Photos will be taken, receipts written about the meals;
2. write down calories they have from meals each day;
3. What physical they do to burn calories (using Endomondo, watches to measure the distance, calories etc).
4. A comparative presentation about the results of having meals, doing activities, using calories.
