Blind Advertisers

With this project we intend to make students create an advertisement or commercial of a product/service alien to students’ culture. This will be attained by collaborative work with their European partners, who will provide their counterparts with details about a product/service typical of their area. With the output provided by their peers, students will resort to their critical thinking, creativity and knowledge of the language of advertising to successfully accomplish their goal. In the process, students will not only take an active participation in their learning process but also cooperate with European students, thus promoting a sense of shared ideals and concerns. In addition, students will develop their ICT knowledge, independence and collaborative skills, a sense of self-empowerment and will finally deepen their linguistic skills through project-based learning.
