Starting from the driving question “What role have migrants played in your country’s history? “ students will become aware that everybody has ancestors who moved from another place and that human beings have moved from a place to another for ages. In ancient society, migrants are often considered as heroes and their adventures are regarded as a positive step for the growth of their people’s culture. Even today, migrants can be a great opportunity for individual and collective growth. Focusing the approach on practical aspects (PBL, peer-to-peer learning, multiple intelligences), students will find their own best way to learn.
